How will my order be delivered?
All orders placed via the Amnihs webshop are supplied by Parcel (Post NL). You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order has been processed . This email also mentions the track & trace code, so you can track your order. You can also use the code to find out at what time your order will be delivered to your shipping address.
It is possible that you are not at home during delivery. In that case you will receive a “not@home” code in your mailbox. This allows you to choose a new delivery time or new delivery location (via the Post NL website) until 22:00 on the same day.
When do I receive my order?
When you order before 16:00 o’clock, your order will be delivered the next working day. In exceptional cases, your package may be delayed. In that case, you can always contact us.
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
Once your order has arrived at Amnihs, you will receive an email with all order details.
What is the current status of my order?
When your order is registered for shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping information.
I have not received an acknowledgment of receipt, order confirmation or delivery announcement by e-mail, what should I do?
In this case, please contact Amnihs customer service: email@example.com.
How much will be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs are free, return costs are on your own account.
How can I track my order?
After the order has been registered with Parcel, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. With this you can follow the order via the Post NL track&trace.
Can I have the order delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you have the option to specify a different shipping address, different from the billing address.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
It is rare that an order is not delivered. In a few cases this can unfortunately still be the case. If there are problems (and you have received a track & trace code), you can contact Parcel via www.myparcel.nl/contact If you have not received your order after a week, you can contact Amnihs customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within what time can I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days after receipt, after this period this is unfortunately not possible (unless the problem is covered by the warranty).
How can I return my order?
We will refund your money or exchange your product if the following conditions are met:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com stating your order number and a short explanation of the reason for return.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of receipt.
- The items are returned in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging material and with all supplied accessories (including with attached labels).
After the return has been approved by our customer service, we will send you a return label with which you can return your order. Only for the return shipment are the costs on your own account. If you have any questions, you can always contact customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I get my money back when I send a product back?
Of course you get your money back when you return your product. If the products do not meet the requirements for returns, the products will be returned to the customer (with the shipping costs also being for the customer). Are you unsure whether your products (still) meet the requirements? Feel free to send an email to our customer service: email@example.com.
How and within what time do I get my money refunded?
The returned products are checked by us after arrival at the warehouse. If everything is in order and all requirements are met, we will transfer the amount to you within 14 days. Any costs (shipping and processing tariff, damage or missing parts) will be deducted from the total amount.
